A CDS Provider

Family Always First MO, is a CDS provider servicing Kansas City and its surrounding counties. CDS is a program funded by MoHealth Net. This program allows people to choose who provides their care and caregivers can get paid for taking care of their loved ones.

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) keep your home health care independence with family home care have a loved one care for you and not a stranger.

You can be eligible if you..

Have MoHealthnet (Medicaid)
Live in Missouri
Need assistance with day-to-day activities
Have the ability to self-direct care
Are at least 18 years old

Currently we do not accept Medicare.
